This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain software that facilitates the submission, review, routing, and disposition of DoD waivers.

• Convert user and mission specifications into actionable software designs and implementation tasks.

• Execute workflow logic, validation rules, interfaces, and data management.

• Perform code evaluations, testing, defect resolution, and prepare release documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers, database specialists, administrators, and Government stakeholders for integration and deployment efforts.

• Ensure global mission continuity within the MEDEX/MEDXS mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing systems that oversee DoD waiver workflows.

• Capability to convert business rules and approval procedures into consistent software functionality.

• Demonstrated experience in managing personnel deployments, utilizing the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), and coordinating host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across various OCONUS responsibilities.

• Active Secret clearance is required.

• A valid U.S. passport with a minimum of 18 months of validity remaining at the start of contract performance.

• Assigned DCWF role: 621, Software Developer, Intermediate.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• CSSLP or GSEC certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Must meet applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications prior to performing duties that require privileged access or covered cybersecurity functions independently.

• Must be ready on the first day of performance.
