Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide technical direction for the development, modernization, migration, and integration of Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

• Oversee the design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Create and sustain solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Design and execute integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and various other integration technologies.

• Develop and maintain custom CRM features, such as plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Engage in hands-on development using C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and other related Microsoft technologies.

• Design, develop, and enhance SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Assist with application migration efforts and contribute to cloud-based application development and modernization initiatives.

• Lead development teams utilizing Scrum/Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, technical planning, and delivery activities.

• Mentor and provide technical support to developers and other team members.

• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

• Identify technical risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and ensure solutions comply with performance, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.

• Participate in architecture and design discussions and offer recommendations on technology selection and implementation strategies.

• Support the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Ensure that development activities conform to organizational standards, security requirements, and relevant Federal Government policies and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the IT services or software development industry.

• Experience in supporting IT application migration and development initiatives.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience working in cloud environments.

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong development background with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.

• Experience in developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Proficient in integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and other related integration methods.

• Solid SQL Server experience, encompassing database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Capability to lead projects using Scrum/Agile frameworks and methodologies.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams, with a focus on motivating, mentoring, and engaging team members.

• Active Secret clearance is required.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a government security screening and/or a Secret security clearance.
