Senior Software Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advance architectural guidelines and guarantee the technical excellence of systems.

• Collaborate across functions, integrating technical governance and requirements to provide sustainable, scalable solutions.

• Establish architectural standards, mentor the team, and perform essential code reviews.

• Create scalable backend and frontend solutions that align with business goals.

• Implement Full Stack features and modules that involve a high level of technical complexity.

• Set standards for application development, integration, version control, delivery, and operational processes.

• Engage in defining infrastructure architecture, deployment strategies, scalability, availability, and observability.

• Set standards for containers, CI/CD pipelines, and automation throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

• Support strategies for security, business continuity, monitoring, and environmental operations.

• Coordinate software architecture decisions impacting the application.

• Design architectures and create architectural proofs of concept (POCs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed higher education (technology degree, bachelor's degree, and/or lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology.

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Architect with expertise in agile development.

• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.

• Advanced proficiency in the Node.js/TypeScript and PHP ecosystems.

• Understanding of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and automated deployment methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud-native development, scalable infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Expertise in logging, metrics, tracing, and application monitoring architecture.

• Awareness of Agentic AI, LLMs, and best practices in prompt engineering.

• Preferred familiarity with Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, DevSecOps, secrets management, vulnerability analysis, OWASP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, load balancing, health checks, caching, circuit breakers, high availability, horizontal scalability, and disaster recovery.
