This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee the daily operations of theScore and theScore Bet social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
β’ Craft and refine social media content while upholding the appropriate style, tone, and editorial guidelines.
β’ Discover and highlight pertinent third-party content suitable for various channels.
β’ Leverage data to guide content strategies and enhance engagement and growth across channels.
β’ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement promotions and campaigns.
β’ Be available for regular and required night and weekend shifts.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in digital media, ideally within the sports sector.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
β’ Excellent writing and editing capabilities.
β’ A passionate and knowledgeable sports enthusiast familiar with a variety of leagues, teams, and players.
β’ A solid understanding of engaging social media content.
β’ Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools.
β’ Quick adaptability to new applications and technologies.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Intermediate skills or higher in Photoshop and other visual editing software.
β’ Practical knowledge of sports betting; advanced knowledge is preferred.
β’ Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
