Senior Social Creative, Conversion Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and implement social-first creative strategies that enhance audience growth, acquisition, and subscription goals.

• Generate platform-specific content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging social platforms.

• Oversee the production of short-form videos from initial concept and scripting to filming, editing, and publication.

• Develop creative campaigns that bring family history and historical narratives to life for contemporary audiences.

• Conduct creative tests and experiments to enhance both paid and organic social performance.

• Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market trends to guide content direction and optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Performance Marketing teams to refine social-to-subscription conversion paths.

• Partner with creators, agencies, and platform collaborators to broaden reach and engagement.

• Investigate responsible applications of AI and automation to enhance workflow efficiency while upholding quality and brand standards.

• Demonstrated experience in executing successful social media and content campaigns.

• Proficient in short-form video production, including scripting, filming, and editing.

• Experience in creating content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.

• Proven ability to enhance both paid and organic social performance through effective testing and optimization.

• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort in utilizing data to inform decisions.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and achieving results.

• Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion strategies, and digital marketing funnels.
