Senior Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the reliability, availability, and operational integrity of a regulated healthcare marketplace platform.

• Provide mentorship to a mid-level engineer and contribute to the evolution of the reliability function.

• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code to maintain a reliable and auditable platform.

• Develop production automation and execute daily scripting tasks.

• Collaborate with a partner engineering team to transition operational support to the reliability function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience managing production infrastructure in a cloud environment.

• Proficient in container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code.

• Capable of troubleshooting real incidents under pressure, rather than merely adhering to a runbook.

• Strong scripting and automation skills in at least one general-purpose programming language.

• Able to work autonomously and make informed judgment calls without ongoing management supervision.

• Experience in mentoring fellow engineers.

• Legally authorized to work in Poland.
