This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Design, develop, and manage scalable and dependable cloud infrastructure for backend services utilizing Infrastructure as Code.
• Establish and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies with GCP native tools and other technologies.
• Create, implement, and sustain CI/CD pipelines.
• Work in conjunction with mobile, web, and backend development teams to optimize deployment, performance, and observability best practices for mobile backends on GCP.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices within GCP infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Produce and upkeep technical documentation related to deployment architecture, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Actively identify and implement enhancements to GCP infrastructure and DevOps processes to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Networking.
• Significant experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Considerable experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Strong familiarity with GCP monitoring and logging tools, including Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Proficiency in a programming language, ideally TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Python.
• Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Preference for working in agile and dynamic settings.
• Expertise in promoting teamwork and effective collaboration.
• Capability to collaborate with mobile, web, and backend development teams.
• No specific educational qualifications required.
