This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Exhibit expertise in a range of Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Lists, Forms, etc.)
• Organize and arrange both internal and external meetings
• Offer administrative assistance for clinical trials and Investigator Engagement (including data entry, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Facilitate retention initiatives by collaborating with sites to manage high-risk participants
• Provide administrative support for clinical trials, encompassing filing, signature collection, and invoice reconciliation
• Conduct document management tasks, including scanning, faxing, uploading, and maintaining eTMF activities
• Support business systems and processes related to Investigator Engagement
• Assist in internal and external meeting facilitation
• Aid in retention activities, including discussions with Medical/National Leaders or enrollment assistance
• Input Vault Clinical Enrollment Metrics data
• Compile reports and essential information for site discussions and visits
• Resolve platform issues associated with DCT/referral functionalities, including Florence and StudyTeam
• Request PO increases and assist in interactions with external customers
• Monitor diversity metrics to inform decision-making and adjustments
• Coordinate Community Outreach Requests
• Manage Investigator Engagement site visit requests across various therapeutic areas
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices
• Proficient computer skills with experience across diverse software applications
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong self-management, communication, and organizational abilities
• Preferred experience in working with clinical sites and supporting patient recruitment
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to collaborate in a virtual team and engage with diverse cultures
