Senior Site Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily management activities of clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and established timelines.

• Work collaboratively with site personnel and cross-functional teams to address issues, track progress, and guarantee timely data collection and reporting.

• Assist in site initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out procedures.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior staff involved in site management.

• Prepare and uphold site management documentation, which includes site reports, communications, and performance updates.

• Lead clinical research activities that necessitate technical expertise, with an emphasis on quality and continuous enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in site management, clinical operations, or monitoring within the clinical research sector.

• Thorough understanding of clinical trial processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple sites and timelines effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on collaboration and fostering strong relationships with sites.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
