Senior Shopify Project Manager – Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing complex Shopify projects for clients from initiation to go-live.

• Taking responsibility for the quality, scope, and outcome of the project as Project Lead.

• Structuring projects, setting priorities, and ensuring a transparent decision-making process.

• Early identification of risks and resolution of conflicting objectives.

• Facilitating decision-making meetings and agreements with stakeholders.

• Structuring requirements and collaborating with UX and Tech teams at key stages of Shopify projects.

• Leveraging conceptual experience when preparing proposals for large RFPs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in managing complex digital or technological projects.

• Strong experience in executing Shopify projects, preferably including Shopify Plus.

• Proven track record in leading projects and being accountable for their execution.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Organized and decisive approach to work.

• High level of independence, responsibility, and reliability.

• Proficient in German and good command of English.
