Senior Shopify Project Manager – Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate Shopify client projects from initiation to launch.

• As the Project Lead, ensure accountability for quality, scope, and delivery.

• Organize projects, establish priorities, and maintain clear decision-making processes.

• Detect risks at an early stage, address conflicting goals, and navigate projects through difficult decision-making periods.

• Conduct decision-making meetings and align stakeholders effectively.

• Organize requirements during critical early stages or decision-making phases of projects.

• Develop strong decision-making foundations for Shopify initiatives in collaboration with UX and Tech teams.

• Assist in the creation of proposals for significant RFPs by providing conceptual expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in managing complex digital or tech projects.

• Preferably experience within an agency or project-centric environment.

• Strong background with Shopify projects, particularly with Shopify Plus.

• Familiarity with app ecosystems, migrations, integrations, and intricate setups.

• Proven experience as a project lead with direct responsibility for project outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.

• Methodical and decisive approach to work.

• High degree of personal accountability and dependability.

• Proficient in German.

• Good command of English.
