Senior Shopify Project, Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee up to 7 simultaneous Shopify and eCommerce projects, which include Shopify implementations, CRO strategies, SEO retainers, and ongoing support services.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, documentation standards, and quality of delivery.

• Manage Asana boards, project timelines, risk assessments, and change requests.

• Facilitate collaboration among development, design, SEO, and email marketing teams.

• Guarantee that projects stay within established scope and performance benchmarks.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients.

• Deliver proactive updates via Loom, email, and meetings.

• Lead regular review calls and roadmap planning sessions.

• Cultivate lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and retaining services.

• Host weekly delivery meetings and project assessments.

• Distribute tasks among designers and developers.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and uphold agency standards.

• Mentor junior team members and offer guidance on processes.

• Raise any risks or obstacles to leadership.

• Enhance standard operating procedures, workflows, and internal documentation.

• Contribute to operational efficiency and process enhancements.

• Support retrospectives and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Keep project records and reporting structures meticulously organized.

• Review project modifications and assist in budget management.

• Ensure projects align with business objectives and profitability goals.

• Assist in quoting, scoping, and proposal drafting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, account management, digital agency operations, or within Shopify/eCommerce settings.

• Strong comprehension of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery processes.

• Proven experience in managing multiple client projects at once.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in utilizing project management tools like Asana.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Experience collaborating with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams.

• Familiarity with Shopify design and development workflows.

• Experience managing remote or international teams.

• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.

• Strong quality assurance and process management orientation.

• Proficient with tools such as Asana, Slack, Notion, Figma, Loom, Shopify, and AI productivity software like Claude.

• Availability during core working hours of 10:00 AM–6:00 PM CET, with occasional flexibility for urgent client communications.
