This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet federal program requirements.

• Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

• Develop and enhance the functionality of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow portals and web-based user experiences, such as Service Portal and/or UI Builder.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to implement scalable, standards-compliant solutions.

• Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

• Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow defects and production issues.

• Ensure that configurations and customizations comply with federal security and compliance standards.

• Contribute to technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development.

• Extensive experience in developing custom ServiceNow applications and making platform configurations.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide APIs.

• Experience in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

• CIS – ITSM certification is preferred.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.
