Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITSM, and various business processes.

• Oversee and resolve incidents and service requests within established SLAs.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix functional and technical issues across ServiceNow modules.

• Develop and improve ServiceNow reports, dashboards, applications, modules, and workflows.

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow functionalities, including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist.

• Collect and translate requirements from IT and business stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and manage third-party integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and JavaScript.

• Oversee the entire delivery process from requirements gathering through development, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure platform security, compliance, stability, performance, and adherence to IT governance.

• Provide technical support, end-user training, and platform guidance.

• Independently lead initiatives within an Agile delivery model and remain up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to convert requirements into technical deliverables.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, PowerShell, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience in scripting and workflow automation within ServiceNow.

• Strong understanding of ITOM, ITSM, SPM, or other ServiceNow modules.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and MID Server.

• Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile project management methodologies.

• A minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise settings is essential.

• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with both cloud and on-premises applications.

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-HRSD, and CIS-SPM certifications are required.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping is advantageous.
