This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, configure, and personalize ServiceNow applications.
• Develop workflows, integrations, automations, access controls, and Service Catalog solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create, develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Establish and manage ServiceNow integrations with other applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and various methods.
• Leverage AI developer tools like ServiceNow SDK and Fluent to expedite JavaScript, ServiceNow scripts, and configuration delivery.
• Engage in code reviews and promote knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose system issues and ensure reliability through effective design, rigorous testing, and prompt issue resolution.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes.
• Stay informed on ServiceNow trends and suggest and implement system enhancements.
• Over 6 years of comprehensive software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with a strong focus on JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience as a developer beyond the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive ServiceNow development experience, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and UI Pages.
• Knowledge in Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting, Database Views, and Performance Analytics.
• Familiarity with AI Control Tower, NowAssist Skill Kit, Virtual Agent, and AI Search.
• Advanced testing experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proven expertise in designing, building, and troubleshooting ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Proficient in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, OAuth, and Basic Auth.
• Practical experience in configuring and managing Now Assist applications.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum project teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust; must have resided in the United States for at least three of the last five years and pass a public trust background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification (preferred).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or related certifications (preferred).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Event Management, and/or Service Mapping (preferred).
• Understanding of relational database concepts (preferred).
• ITIL Foundation Certification v3 or higher, or willingness to obtain within one year (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint (preferred).
