Senior Service Advocate – OPS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform telephonic outreach to qualified members

• Assist members in making better choices regarding their healthcare

• Utilize critical thinking and judgment to promote favorable healthcare results

• Offer care coordination, support, and education to members

• Leverage care management tools and resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, inside sales, or health coaching

• Strong preference for experience in data entry and documentation within member records

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology, healthcare, and care management concepts is highly desirable

• Experience in a call center environment

• Proven organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Deep commitment and passion for serving others

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required
