Senior Security Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary escalation point for Customer Success, addressing ad-hoc technical inquiries from CSMs, TAMs, and TSEs.

• Participate in customer calls when in-depth technical expertise is required, assisting the CSM or TAM managing the relationship.

• Recognize knowledge gaps and develop, review, and enhance technical and process documentation.

• Collaborate with Security, Detection & Response, and Engineering teams to integrate knowledge into the group and operationalize it.

• Organize internal and external knowledge repositories, guiding individuals to self-service solutions.

• Empower CSM, TAM, and Technical Support teams to decrease the volume of incoming questions over time.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.

• Track inquiry volume to assist in prioritizing team initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the security field.

• A minimum of 3.5 years in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably in a consultative capacity.

• Profound knowledge in three or more security product domains, such as EDR, NDR, SIEM, and cloud technologies.

• Strong skills in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.

• Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including products, providers, strengths, and weaknesses.

• Proficiency in security controls across Windows, Unix/Linux, AWS, GSuite, O365, and networking equipment.

• Familiarity with attack vectors, threat tactics, attacker techniques (including ATT&CK), and the attack lifecycle.

• Exceptional consultative abilities, including active listening, conflict management, negotiation, and escalation judgment.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• A bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications are advantageous.
