Senior Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Examine intricate cyber-attacks to reveal adversary behaviors and bolster customer defenses.

• Design and oversee production-quality code for innovative detection methodologies utilizing extensive telemetry.

• Assess and prioritize high-severity incidents.

• Deliver investigation results and offer advanced technical assistance to clients.

• Evaluate AI-generated detections and collaborate with researchers to enhance their efficiency.

• Implement actionable Threat Intelligence to recognize tactical changes and improve defensive strategies.

• Work in partnership with globally distributed teams to maintain operational continuity and share knowledge.

• Link advancements in security research with worldwide engineering initiatives.

• Act as a technical resource for complex security challenges and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, encompassing security engineering, cloud-native architectures, XDR platforms, and SOC environments.

• Competency in correlating various telemetry and independently disrupting threat actors.

• Proficiency in writing robust code, such as Python, for modern, scalable security data pipelines.

• Experience in translating threat intelligence into automated defenses using advanced scripting and APIs.

• Comprehensive understanding of attacker TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK framework, network protocols, and operating system internals.

• Experience utilizing AI and machine learning for anomaly detection, active threat mitigation, and detection workflows.

• Ability to articulate AI-driven insights and implement security solutions tailored to client needs.

• Strong collaboration skills with global teams.

• Experience providing client-facing technical support.
