This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead the integration, delivery, and operational excellence for essential programs within CDW’s Global Information Security division.
• Collaborate with security leaders and business stakeholders to implement global initiatives and support strategic objectives.
• Oversee complex programs and guide cross-functional teams across various time zones and countries.
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups, steering committees, and workshops to foster alignment and consensus.
• Enhance operational processes, assess program effectiveness, and apply agile methodologies.
• Manage communications, identify potential risks, and produce project deliverables.
• Prioritize effectively, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful program or project outcomes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field along with 7 years of experience in technical program management or project management, preferably within a large-scale and complex setting, OR 11 years of relevant experience in technical program management or project management in a similar environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with and present to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Proficiency in producing clear, concise, and persuasive documents, reports, and presentations.
• Capability to articulate project requirements, expectations, and status updates.
• Skill in facilitating productive discussions, resolving issues, and aiding decision-making processes.
• Proven experience in managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams across different time zones and countries.
• Experience in leading cross-functional working groups, steering committees, and workshops.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational process improvement, assessing program effectiveness, and utilizing agile practices.
• Strong history of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while adapting to evolving business needs.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Competence in managing ambiguity, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing risks and dependencies.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical aspects of a program to drive communications, identify risks, and generate project deliverables.
• High level of independence, initiative, and ownership.
• Proactive in anticipating needs and ensuring the program or project achieves optimal outcomes for stakeholders.
• Annual bonus target of 10% subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
