Senior Security Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate regular meetings with clients utilizing security services.

• Provide insights into security performance and address operational issues.

• Evaluate client security tool dashboards and portals, offering comprehensive walkthroughs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored reports that analyze client security operations.

• Design and execute quality improvement plans for clients in conjunction with Security Operations leadership.

• Suggest operational enhancements based on client input and data evaluations.

• Participate in both internal and external onboarding meetings as a representative of Security Operations.

• Work alongside project management, Deployment, and Security Operations teams to ensure effective onboarding of security solutions.

• Recognize feedback patterns to improve client experiences.

• Follow up with clients after collecting CSAT survey responses.

• Communicate customer feedback and recommendations to Security Operations leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A foundational understanding of network protocols, operating systems, application layer protocols, and security best practices.

• Basic knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and core cybersecurity principles.

• Awareness of cybersecurity threats.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
