Access Management Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of digital identities, encompassing user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.

• Manage and evaluate access within cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Administer profiles and permissions in internal corporate systems and essential business applications.

• Conduct access analyses, provisioning, revocation, and routine recertification.

• Align access profiles with roles and responsibilities utilizing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Assist in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.

• Engage in system integration projects, ensuring accurate profile definitions and segregation of duties.

• Manage access-related requests in compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Discover opportunities to automate and streamline access management processes.

• Aid internal and external audits by supplying access control evidence and reports.

• Supervise adherence to corporate information security policies and identity governance standards.

• Create process documentation, access matrices, and operational procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.

• Experience in managing access within Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Google Cloud IAM environments.

• Familiarity with access control models, such as RBAC and the principle of least privilege.

• Experience conducting access reviews and certifications.

• Knowledge of Active Directory and corporate directories.

• Awareness of governance, audit, and compliance processes.

• Understanding of ITSM tools and request fulfillment processes.

• Experience with IAM, PAM, SSO, and MFA solutions is advantageous.

• Involvement in identity governance projects.

• Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.

• Relevant certifications in Information Security, Cloud, or IAM are preferred.
