Business Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold regular reports, dashboards, and metrics for business performance.

• Evaluate user acquisition, engagement, job search behaviors, application activities, and revenue patterns.

• Track essential business KPIs while recognizing emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Facilitate in-depth analyses on customer behavior, search performance, retention, and monetization strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email, and Customer Service to address business inquiries through data analysis.

• Create presentations and summaries to convey insights and recommendations effectively.

• Aid in assessing new initiatives and business prospects through data-driven evaluations.

• Provide support for ad hoc analyses and reporting requests from leadership and various business teams.

• Convert complex data into actionable recommendations and comprehensive executive summaries.

• Act as an analytical partner for key business leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in SQL and Excel.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Must be a full-time resident of an eligible U.S. state or territory.

• Previous experience with job platforms, marketplaces, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
