This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules for Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, including the tie-out and support binder.
• Gather and supply information for both external and internal reporting needs.
• Assist in the development of the external reporting calendar, templates, and necessary documentation.
• Contribute to the SOX initiative by designing, documenting, and implementing internal controls related to financial reporting.
• Manage the PBC rollforward and overall PBC processes, including maintaining the request list, acquiring supporting documentation, and tracking status for the team and auditors.
• Collaborate across departments to gather disclosure inputs and enhance reporting processes, systems, and documentation.
• Engage in ad hoc analyses, special projects, and other assigned responsibilities.
• Report directly to the Financial Reporting Manager while collaborating with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Equity Administration, and external auditors; this is an individual contributor role without direct reports.
• A valid CPA license is mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or national firm audit); in-house SEC reporting experience at a publicly traded company is also highly desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Practical experience in preparing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), including footnote drafting, tie-out, and XBRL tagging in Workiva.
• Proficient in NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Familiar with SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Capability to manage competing close and filing deadlines while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Strong communication skills for conveying PBC requests and holding team members accountable for providing necessary support.
