Senior Scrum Master – SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, which include Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective.

• Assist in managing, organizing, and prioritizing the backlog in partnership with stakeholders.

• Monitor the implementation of SAP ECC support and enhancement requests.

• Ensure tracking of deliveries while identifying potential risks and obstacles.

• Eliminate obstacles by facilitating the resolution of issues impacting the team.

• Encourage ongoing improvement in the team's processes and methodologies.

• Organize alignment meetings and oversee activities with global teams located in Norway and India.

• Aid in managing requests related to SAP Basis, integrations, transports, and Change Requests.

• Oversee the workflow of requests from initiation through to completion.

• Track Agile metrics and KPIs to support the evaluation of team productivity, capacity, and progress.

• Advocate for best practices in collaboration, communication, and teamwork.

• Facilitate communication among technical teams, functional teams, and business areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in roles focused on Agile team leadership or facilitation.

• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in managing and tracking backlogs and deliveries.

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies.

• Capability to coordinate activities among various teams and stakeholders.

• Organized, proactive, communicative, and results-oriented individual.

• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and issue-resolution abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with international teams.

• Familiarity with SAP ECC.

• Background in SAP support, maintenance, and enhancement environments.

• Experience collaborating with SAP teams.

• Knowledge of SAP Basis, integrations, transports, and Change Requests.

• Preferred: Experience in multinational settings and with distributed teams.

• Preferred: Understanding of Agile management and backlog-tracking tools.

• Preferred: Experience with Agile team KPIs and metrics.
