Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and support agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Guide teams in adopting agile methodologies, clarifying roles, and enhancing collaboration.

• Identify, prioritize, and assist in resolving impediments at both team and organizational levels.

• Enhance collaboration structures within and among teams.

• Support change initiatives and cultivate a sustainable agile mindset.

• Collaborate closely with Management, HR, and transformation leaders on structural and organizational challenges.

• Establish and maintain communication channels across the organization to promote agile principles.

• Communicate and escalate critical challenges to the appropriate decision-makers.

• Contribute to shaping the digital future and support successful product development within the energy sector.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role within complex or scaled product organizations.

• Comprehensive knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus is advantageous.

• Proven experience working with multiple interdependent teams.

• Understanding of organizational development and change management principles.

• Expertise in identifying and resolving impediments at both team and organizational levels.

• Proficient in moderation, facilitation, and conflict management techniques.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and coaching capabilities when engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• Independent, organized, and solution-focused work approach.

• Ability to engage confidently with Management.

• Industry experience in the energy sector is beneficial.

• Familiarity with SAP transformation environments.

• An agile certification, such as Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist/SPC, or ICAgile, is a plus.
