This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Facilitate and conduct Scrum events
• Eliminate obstacles and foster collaboration
• Assist the Product Owner and promote ongoing improvement
• Ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented
• Aid in the planning, coordination, and tactical execution of IT projects
• Implement an agile-based Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for project or application teams
• Provide coaching and mentorship to development and business managers/leads on agile methodology
• Maintain documentation related to processes
• Ensure teams adhere to core agile principles
• Utilize Agile tools for daily Scrum activities
• Coach team members on agile values, principles, and practices
• Interact with teams, stakeholders, and external parties
• Update agile tracking systems for Product and Sprint Backlogs
• Develop insights based on analytics and report on productivity, velocity, and quality
• Suggest process enhancements and support the adoption of best practices
• Assist in communication and ensure information transparency
• Facilitate story selection, task definition, obstacle removal, conflict resolution, and sprint-goal achievement
• Empower teams to self-organize and enhance productivity
• Ensure increments are potentially shippable
• Plan development timelines with critical paths, dependencies, and milestones
• Manage project plans and schedules within the scope, budget, time, and quality parameters
• Adapt plans, schedules, and resource forecasts to meet emerging requirements, dependencies, and risks
• 6-10+ years of professional experience
• 2-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Skills in collaboration, communication, and teamwork
• A growth mindset, agility, and a commitment to personal and professional development
• Proficiency in execution and delivery, including planning, executing, and supporting
• Scrum Master Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to primarily work in the Eastern Time Zone
