Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.

• Coach development teams and stakeholders on agile principles.

• Eliminate impediments and blockers that hinder team productivity.

• Collaborate with the Product team to manage and refine the product backlog.

• Ensure user stories are clearly defined and appropriately prioritized.

• Monitor and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders.

• Facilitate coordination and communication across teams for healthcare communication solutions.

• Support the development, scaling, and enhancement of agile practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is mandatory.

• Proven experience in implementing and scaling agile methodologies within software development settings.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.

• Exceptional skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
