This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage an agile-driven Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for project or application teams that include both development and business resources.
• Organize Scrum events, eliminate obstacles, enhance collaboration, and assist the Product Owner.
• Foster continuous improvement and ensure the proper application of the Scrum framework.
• Implement and modify project management strategies to aid in the planning, coordination, and tactical execution of IT projects.
• Mentor and coach development and business managers/leads on agile methodologies throughout the project development lifecycle.
• Advise Scrum teams on agile principles and values to promote self-organization and ongoing learning.
• Analyze agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track essential information and evaluate team progress.
• Utilize Agile tools for daily Scrum tasks.
• Generate actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality.
• Create stakeholder communication strategies and integrate feedback into process enhancements.
• Facilitate the Scrum process and provide support to the Scrum team.
• Establish sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools.
• Guide team members, stakeholders, and Product Owners on agile values, principles, and practices.
• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external partners to mitigate potential challenges.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in growth mindset skills (agility and personal development for oneself and others).
• Skilled in execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Scrum Master Certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Scrum Master experience with teams engaged in complex large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Knowledge of resource allocation, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ability to primarily operate within the Eastern Time Zone.
