Senior Scientific Director, Virology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, create, and manage scientific content for designated accounts across various therapeutic fields.

• Oversee the majority of scientific contributions for large and/or multiple accounts.

• Take the lead on assigned accounts.

• Direct client interactions and brand strategy initiatives.

• Spearhead the scientific component of brand planning and business development efforts.

• Oversee resource allocation effectively.

• Collaborate with client services to formulate Statements of Work (SOWs) and timelines.

• Recognize opportunities for new and organic growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree or higher in a scientific discipline is essential.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in promotional medical education content, including advisory boards, speaker programs, and slide presentations.

• Proven organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze and interpret scientific data effectively.

• Proficient in multitasking, working autonomously, and managing projects with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with established professional medical editorial standards, such as AMA style.

• Knowledge of ethical guidelines is required.

• Experience in oncology is mandatory.

• Experience in HIV or Virology is preferred but not essential.
