Senior Scheduler – Life Sciences Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create, oversee, and revise the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.

• Develop the schedule management framework and deliverables for large-scale capital projects.

• Engage with project stakeholders as trusted advisors, offering guidance and recommendations for the project.

• Prepare baseline schedules and supporting schedule documents for project team approval.

• Perform resource loading and leveling on the schedule.

• Integrate contractor schedules into the IMS.

• Evaluate impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team.

• Track schedule deviations and variances, aiding in the formulation of alternative corrective actions.

• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to assess project progress.

• Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure timely and accurate data is reflected.

• Generate and deliver schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analytical schedule evaluations periodically.

• Keep a record of scope changes, trends, and variances that may influence schedule performance.

• Ensure the reliability of the information included in the schedule.

• Maintain communication with clients and other consultants throughout all stages of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Direct experience collaborating in teams within a complex matrix environment.

• Proficiency in using Primavera P6.
