Senior Scheduler – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and revise the owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

• Create the schedule management program and deliverables for extensive capital projects

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, offering guidance and recommendations

• Prepare baseline schedules and scheduling basis documents for approval by the project team

• Conduct resource loading and leveling activities

• Integrate contractors' schedules into the IMS

• Evaluate impacts on critical-path and near-critical activities, reporting findings to the project team

• Track schedule deviations and variances, assisting with corrective action strategies

• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to assess project progress

• Regularly review schedules with project team members to maintain accurate and timely data

• Generate schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analyses

• Maintain documentation of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance

• Ensure the reliability of scheduling information

• Coordinate with clients and other consultants throughout the project's various stages

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience

• Direct experience in teams within a complex matrix environment

• Proficiency in Primavera P6

• Strong communication skills
