This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and sustain comprehensive construction project schedules utilizing Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling applications.
• Collaborate with project teams, field personnel, and subcontractors to collect input and validate scheduling forecasts.
• Track ongoing project activities and assess actual progress against the established baseline schedule.
• Identify discrepancies in the schedule and perform regular updates, look-ahead reviews, and impact evaluations.
• Suggest corrective measures for delays or identified risks.
• Evaluate the critical path and float to assess the implications of changes and assist in strategic decision-making.
• Generate schedule status reports, progress summaries, and document any modifications and delays in the schedule.
• Ensure subcontractor timelines and deliverables are in agreement with the overall project schedule.
• Identify potential scheduling challenges early on and work together on mitigation strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably within large-scale or mission-critical settings.
• Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or comparable tools.
• Solid knowledge of construction phases, sequencing, and resource allocation.
