This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and uphold construction project schedules utilizing Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling applications.
• Collaborate with project teams, field personnel, and subcontractors to gather insights and confirm scheduling assumptions.
• Oversee project activities, juxtapose actual progress with the baseline schedule, and pinpoint discrepancies.
• Execute regular updates, look-ahead evaluations, and impact analyses.
• Propose corrective measures for delays or risks encountered.
• Examine the critical path and float to assess the implications of changes and support strategic decision-making.
• Generate schedule status reports, progress summaries, and documentation of schedule alterations and delays.
• Ensure subcontractor timelines and deliverables are in sync with the overall project schedule.
• Detect potential scheduling challenges and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in large-scale or mission-critical settings.
• Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or comparable tools.
• A solid grasp of construction phases, sequencing, and resource allocation.
