Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Advanced English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the implementation, conversion, and Tax Reform projects for SAP S/4HANA.

• Utilize the SAP Activate methodology to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.

• Establish project timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and budgetary limits.

• Analyze and fulfill all business needs within the SAP S/4HANA framework.

• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams comprising consultants, IT analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.

• Manage the integration of SAP S/4HANA with current systems and platforms.

• Monitor project advancement and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.

• Facilitate training for end-users and provide support after implementation.

• Recognize and address risks throughout the project lifecycle, offering suitable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the context of SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and Tax Reform projects.

• Extensive knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.

• Proven experience in applying the SAP Activate methodology to large-scale initiatives.

• Experience with at least two S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Background in SAP project management.

• Familiarity with Cloud ALM.

• Understanding of S/4HANA conversion processes.

• Capability to manage several projects at once while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Comprehensive knowledge of business processes within the services industry.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Skill in conveying technical and business needs to a variety of stakeholders.

• Leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.

• SAP Activate certification is advantageous.

• SAP Activate, PMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
