Senior SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines.

• Manage cross-functional teams comprising internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors.

• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and foster consensus.

• Supervise data migration, system integration, testing, and user training initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to organizational change management protocols and governance frameworks.

• Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

• Address project issues and escalate critical risks as necessary to guarantee successful delivery.

• Direct strategic transformation programs and ensure successful project execution across local, regional, and global initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of project management experience.

• Strong familiarity with SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, and Control Tower.

• Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to lead global teams and navigate multicultural dynamics.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP supply chain solutions.

• Background in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods sectors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
