Senior SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct SAP project initiatives, ensuring they align with the defined project scope, timelines, and business goals.

• Manage project schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables effectively.

• Facilitate coordination among global and cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants.

• Track project advancement, pinpoint potential risks or obstacles, and initiate appropriate actions and escalations.

• Conduct project meetings and deliver concise status updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment across international teams.

• Assist in the successful implementation of SAP-related business and system modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in managing SAP projects.

• Proficient in coordinating project plans, timelines, activities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Capability to lead and coordinate teams across global and cross-functional settings.

• Experience working with international stakeholders in sophisticated corporate environments.

• Advanced proficiency in English for meetings and daily interactions with global teams.

• Strong skills in communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with SAP MM and SAP SD is preferred.

• Previous experience in tax or fiscal change projects is advantageous.

• Experience managing SAP projects within large, global organizations is preferred.

• Experience coordinating teams and stakeholders across various geographical locations is preferred.

• Prepared to share practical examples related to SAP Project Management, global team coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and project delivery.
