Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and set up SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with business and client needs.

• Ensure that the solutions comply with Portuguese labor laws and tax regulations.

• Analyze HR and payroll workflows, recommending enhancements and efficient solutions.

• Identify and address issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on both implementation and support projects.

• Prepare functional documentation, carry out testing, and assist users throughout the various project phases.

• Keep abreast of technologies, trends, and best practices within the SAP ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll.

• Strong understanding of Schemas, Rules, Functions, and payroll processing.

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Experience with payroll localization and statutory obligations.

• Practical experience with configuration, testing, incident analysis, and resolution.

• Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work 100% remotely.

• Willingness to operate within the European (Portugal) time zone.
