This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
• Accurately process multiple UK payrolls within deadlines, adhering to client and statutory requirements.
• Offer support and expert guidance to Payroll Associates.
• Assess and verify payroll input and output data.
• Investigate discrepancies and rectify payroll errors prior to final processing.
• Address payroll inquiries from internal teams and clients through ticketing and email systems.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing payroll processes and participate in solution development.
• Serve as a backup for senior payroll team members during their absences to maintain service continuity.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory regulations and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and various email platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering accurate and timely payrolls.
• Capability to prioritize multiple payrolls and effectively manage workload.
• Confident in communication and adept at building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a payroll bureau setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
