This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish connections with functional users to gather and refine requirements.
• Evaluate requirements and identify the most effective SAP solutions.
• Develop functional and programming specifications and relay them to programmers.
• Design and formulate detailed positive, negative, and regression test scripts.
• Assist business owners during acceptance testing.
• Plan and oversee go-live and post-go-live initiatives.
• Provide support to end users and business owners with inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting.
• Create functional and technical solutions that align with business needs and SAP strategy.
• Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Analysts on SAP solutions.
• Assist with SAP master data and identify tools, resources, and system requirements.
• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, cost/profit center accounting, product costing, and CO-PA.
• Convert business requirements into SAP solutions and develop RICEFW functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Coordinate integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, Tax, third-party financial systems, and interfaces.
• Ensure precise integration between financial and operational processes.
• Work alongside business stakeholders and support existing applications.
• Report to the Director of SAP Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or relevant experience.
• At least five years of progressive work experience on the SAP platform, emphasizing the Senior Functional Analyst role.
• Knowledge of programming and/or debugging skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP ECC EHP8 Finance.
• SAP FICO certification.
• Familiarity with the SAP Order to Cash process.
• Experience with Stripe, SAP Digital Payments Add-on, BlackLine, Concur, Vertex, High Radius, VIM, or other financial applications.
• Background in retail, consumer products, or distribution industries.
• Expertise in SAP FI and SAP CO.
• Understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting.
• Knowledge of MM-FI, SD-FI, and PP-FI integration, tax engines, EDI interfaces, IDocs, and APIs.
• Capability to lead meetings with business owners and technical personnel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, follow-up, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across functions, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to make prompt decisions.
