Senior SAP Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance Calculation Views utilizing Eclipse-based applications.

• Develop reusable architectural patterns for scalable solutions.

• Design and oversee CDS Views, Procedures, and XS Jobs.

• Gain an understanding of SAP HANA Cloud operations within SAP BTP.

• Configure and manage components to ensure smooth integration.

• Monitor the performance of the HANA environment.

• Schedule and oversee jobs to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide support for SAC Reporting and Planning.

• Function as an independent problem solver for medium- and high-priority incidents.

• Ensure prompt resolution and uphold documentation quality.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, integration teams, and application owners.

• Deliver clear updates and maintain proactive communication.

• Extensive experience in advanced data modeling within SAP HANA in the SAP BTP ecosystem.

• Strong technical expertise in SAP HANA Cloud.

• Proficient in SQL development.

• Skilled in performance optimization.

• Proactive in incident management.

• Effective communication with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with SAP BDC.

• Understanding of SAP BW/4HANA.

• Knowledgeable in CDS Views.

• Proficient in HANA Calculation Views.

• Experienced with HANA Stored Procedures.

• Familiar with Power BI.

• Knowledgeable in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Experienced in data migration and data modeling.
