Senior SAP CRM Consultant / Lead Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive SAP CRM implementations with a focus on Agent Performance Management.

• Facilitate workshops for gathering business requirements and designing solutions.

• Set up SAP CRM APM modules for processes such as agent onboarding, management of producers and brokers, agent hierarchy management, tracking licensing and compliance, processing commission and incentive compensation, and generating statements and payouts.

• Create commission structures, schedules, and compensation plans.

• Configure workflows, forms, validations, and business rules as needed.

• Assist with data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation tasks.

• Develop and implement strategies for unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Engage in deployment activities and provide hypercare support.

• Offer L2/L3 production support for SAP APM.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to commission calculations, hierarchy and ownership conflicts, payout discrepancies, and commission disputes.

• Aid in month-end and quarter-end processing tasks.

• Monitor interfaces and address any integration failures.

• Conduct root cause analysis and apply permanent solutions.

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to manage incidents and service requests.

• Support SAP APM integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, data warehouses, CRM systems, and insurance policy administration systems.

• Work with both API-based and file-based integrations, managing inbound and outbound data feeds.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Agent Performance Management.

• At least 2 complete lifecycle implementations of SAP APM.

• A minimum of 2 years providing production support for SAP APM.

• 10 to 15 years of overall SAP experience.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in CRM.

• 2 to 3 implementations of SAP APM.

• Practical expertise in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP APM solutions.
