Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the architectural authority for Salesforce, overseeing platform design in terms of configuration, customization, and integrations.

• Make decisions regarding OOTB, Flow, Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio, ensuring a balance between scalability, speed, and maintainability.

• Set and uphold architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices throughout the platform.

• Create comprehensive, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures that encompass Service, Experience, Data Cloud, and AI functionalities.

• Function as a hands-on architect, engaging in complex builds that involve Apex, LWC, integrations, and data models.

• Facilitate solution design sessions, conduct code reviews, and lead technical deep dives.

• Design scalable, high-performance applications utilizing both declarative and custom methods.

• Define the enterprise integration and data architecture, which includes APIs, event-driven patterns, governance, and analytics preparedness.

• Promote the adoption of AI-driven engineering tools such as Einstein, Agentforce, and intelligent automation.

• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and DevSecOps practices in collaboration with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on Salesforce expertise.

• Profound technical knowledge in Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flow, including performance enhancement and advanced design patterns.

• Demonstrated capability to make architectural decisions across OOTB, low-code, and custom development methodologies.

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, events, middleware).

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and sharing models.

• Experience working within Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery environments, including AI-assisted development methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Active Secret clearance.

• Salesforce architect-level certification (Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II).
