📋 Description

• Conduct thorough technical assessments of the existing Salesforce environment, including the Core Platform components and Agentforce Financial Services Cloud configurations.

• Develop and implement enhancements to security architecture that focus on data governance, role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.

• Evaluate API integrations, data flows, identity management (SSO/OAuth), and platform encryption methods such as Salesforce Shield to ensure compliance with financial industry security standards.

• Act as the go-to expert on Salesforce security best practices.

• Offer practical recommendations to enterprise stakeholders and project leadership.

• Create architectural suggestions, threat mitigation strategies, and technical documentation for remediation following the assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth functional and architectural knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce functionalities in financial services contexts.

• Significant experience in Salesforce enterprise architecture, system design, data modeling, and transaction control.

• Established history in Salesforce security architecture, encompassing object-/field-level security, programmatic security, Apex sharing, audit logging, and risk management.

• Capability to articulate technical risks and architectural decisions effectively to both technical teams and client executives during US EST business hours.

• Preferred certifications include Certified System Architect or Certified Application Architect.

• Competent in working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Driven and proactive individual.

• Capable of addressing unforeseen challenges and adapting as necessary.
