This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant and expert on the Salesforce product and platform for large, intricate Public Sector clients.
• Assist in presales and implementation by defining, scoping, and developing solutions for engagements.
• Provide technical oversight and leadership in execution for large-scale, mission-critical projects.
• Mentor Salesforce teams as well as Federal clients.
• Promote architectural and solution excellence alongside strategic alignment with customers.
• Identify and spearhead internal initiatives to enhance the consulting practice and enrich the knowledge base.
• Advise customers and colleagues on the rationalization and deployment of emerging technologies.
• Proactively manage risks, ensuring complete resolution.
• Oversee customer expectations and negotiate intricate solutions with clients and third-party partners.
• Evaluate and adjust project/program direction, approach, and essential artifacts.
• Design technology solutions in collaboration with Delivery Managers, Implementation Teams, and clients.
• Contribute to the overarching program vision and provide guidance on strategies related to enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform.
• Travel as client needs require, up to 10%.
• At least SEVEN (7) years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting specifically on the Salesforce Platform.
• Proficient application design capabilities.
• Strong skills in data, integration, and security architecture.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Capability to present and defend a viewpoint to diverse audiences.
• Quick to learn and implement new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in developing materials suited to different audiences.
• Ability to connect with individuals across various roles.
• Proven track record in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes through technology and integration.
• Resourceful and innovative in problem-solving.
• Ability to convey and persuade customers regarding best practices at all organizational levels.
• Background in application design and development.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, either U.S.-born or naturalized.
• Must not possess dual citizenship.
• Must agree to undergo a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.
• Must secure and maintain the requisite U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience with public sector digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (“Agentforce Public Sector”) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Omni Studio is preferred.
