Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst, BA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to collect and document comprehensive business requirements.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and Visio process diagrams.

• Collaborate on Salesforce solution architectures and assess Salesforce features alongside third-party applications.

• Create UAT plans and testing scenarios; assist in the generation of test data, training, demos, and troubleshooting.

• Manage declarative Salesforce solutions and address production-related issues.

• Implement and sustain Salesforce configurations that align with business needs.

• Evaluate and enhance business processes by leveraging Salesforce capabilities.

• Partner with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

• Enable communication between IT and business units while managing stakeholder expectations.

• Formulate and execute change management strategies, training resources, and user education.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, recommending enhancements as necessary.

• Guide junior team members in Salesforce business analysis practices and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.

• Over 5 years of practical Salesforce experience with a strong emphasis on business analysis and solution design.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, business processes, security frameworks, and best practices.

• Familiarity with the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal requests through to contract management.

• Proven experience in delivering Salesforce projects from initial concept to final implementation.

• Capability to design and implement solutions using Salesforce declarative tools, such as Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.

• Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other pertinent Salesforce products.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies with experience in Agile environments, including the use of Jira.

• Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio.

• Acquainted with API testing tools and techniques.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM IST and support weekend releases.

• Experience in healthcare, clinical development, or a related field is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is preferred.
