Senior Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Visualforce, Screen Flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports, and digital experience sites.

• Assist with release cycles to implement and deploy new and updated applications and code.

• Collaborate with integrated applications such as HubSpot, Zenkraft, Vertex, Oracle, DocuSign, Conga, and custom applications.

• Test, refine, and document programs utilizing unit, integration, system, workflow, acceptance, regression, performance, exploratory, and Selenium automation testing.

• Adhere to coding best practices and ensure data quality.

• Conduct peer code reviews.

• Provide support for production bug fixes and implement application enhancements within defined SLA.

• Develop design and user documentation.

• Communicate, utilize, and enforce coding standards.

• Stay updated with industry standards, engineering best practices, and business needs through ongoing professional development.

• Follow development processes and workflows.

• Collaborate with teams and various organizational departments.

• Occasionally support the Salesforce Administrator.

• Mentor junior-level engineers.

• Propose, expand, and communicate solutions and development requirements.

• Volunteer for additional team activities and exemplify company values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience is required.

• Knowledge of Salesforce products is required.

• Experience in implementing and developing using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, screen flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports, and digital experience sites is essential.

• Experience in architecting custom solutions within Salesforce.

• A BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field is preferred.

• Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, SQL, C#, .NET, MVC, CSS, REST, and SOAP-based web services is preferred.

• Experience in developing on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is preferred.

• Strong problem identification and resolution skills.

• Ability to learn from others and adapt to standards.

• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• Understanding of client/server and internet systems architectures.

• Ability to work in a team or alongside multiple organizational departments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Must be able to pass a background check upon offer.
