Senior Salesforce Developer – Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on development while providing advanced technical expertise within a complex Salesforce environment.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain intricate Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

• Lead and contribute to the solution architecture and technical design efforts.

• Review code and technical designs to ensure quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards are met.

• Offer an independent technical perspective on architectural decisions and challenge proposed methods when necessary.

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and various other enterprise systems.

• Establish and advocate for Salesforce development, architecture, and integration standards.

• Identify areas of technical debt, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Assess the technical impact of upgrades and platform changes for Salesforce and related applications.

• Mentor developers and provide technical support across the project team.

• Assist with technical planning, troubleshooting, and the long-term strategic direction of the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of seven years in software development or a related field.

• At least five years of direct Salesforce development experience with progressively increasing technical responsibilities.

• Extensive hands-on proficiency with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, automation, security, and integrations.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing sophisticated Salesforce solutions.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, security, scalability, and governor limits.

• Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment methodologies.

• Experience with conducting code reviews and assessing technical designs.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and qualified to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
