Senior Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, tailor, and deploy solutions within Service Cloud.

• Engage with automation processes, workflow automation, and development using Apex and Lightning Components (Aura and/or LWC), along with various other technologies.

• Connect external systems to the Salesforce platform via APIs (REST/SOAP).

• Set up and oversee objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.

• Comprehend requirements, convert them into development tasks, and guarantee the optimal user experience.

• Conduct maintenance and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce platforms.

• Involve yourself in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and support.

• Keep abreast of new features and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer, emphasizing Apex development, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and/or LWC).

• Profound understanding and practical experience with Service Cloud.

• Familiarity with integration APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools.

• Expertise in SOQL and SOSL.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Experience with version control systems (GIT, GitHub, Azure DevOps).

• Familiarity with AI tools for Salesforce development (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
