This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Oversee the onboarding process for new DTC customer project teams utilizing the Salesforce platform.
β’ Facilitate design reviews with tenant application teams to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, DOT security protocols, and tenant coexistence.
β’ Execute deployments and production releases through GitHub and GitActions.
β’ Manage tenant application operations and maintenance tasks that require advanced administration, including SSO configuration, certificate updates, custom domain administration, reestablishing connected services post-sandbox refreshes, Data Loader activities, and coordination with the network team.
β’ Assist with Incident Response activities in alignment with contractual SLAs.
β’ Engage in a 24x7x365 on-call Incident Response rotation.
β’ Attend daily client status meetings, team standups, weekly and bi-weekly tenant customer calls, and other operational discussions.
β’ Take part in platform ATO renewal evaluations and mid-year adjustments.
β’ Conduct technical design assessments with Salesforce architects.
β’ Develop policy and procedure documentation and oversee the DTC Governance Library.
β’ Propose and spearhead implementations that enhance DTC operations and tools.
β’ Offer solution consultation, design and code evaluations, CI/CD execution, incident response, advanced system administration, platform services, adherence to technology and security standards, as well as technical briefings for federal agency stakeholders.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in both declarative and programmatic development and troubleshooting.
β’ Proficient in writing and analyzing Apex, Lightning Web Components, YAML, and other coding languages relevant to enterprise Salesforce environments.
β’ Familiarity with Mulesoft and pipeline management.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in executing Salesforce deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub for source control.
β’ Current Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer certifications, with a Trailblazer profile link.
β’ Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
β’ Eligible to obtain a federal government public trust clearance.
β’ Must reside in the United States.
β’ Willingness to support work hours within the US Eastern time zone between 8 am and 6 pm.
β’ Availability for occasional after-hours assistance for P1/P2 incident responses and scheduled deployments.
β’ Must be able to partake in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
β’ Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Consultant, and/or Architect certifications.
β’ Preferred: Experience in enterprise data governance, cloud-based data warehousing, and/or Salesforce Data 360.
β’ Preferred: Experience in building and deploying Agentforce agents.
β’ Preferred: 3 years of Salesforce consultation experience, including fit analysis, requirements mapping, and high-level solution architecture.
β’ Preferred: Understanding of OmniStudio, its components, and relevant use cases.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce CRM data models and tools for Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, and associated add-ons.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange utilities, Docusign, and Own.
β’ Preferred: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, clear communication, and polished written deliverables.
