Semi-Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, code, and test customized solutions using Apex (Triggers, classes, asynchronous processes).

• Develop and maintain robust integrations through REST APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.

• Design and optimize the data model by configuring custom objects, fields, and relationships.

• Automate complex business processes using Flow Builder and assess when to apply declarative solutions versus code.

• Configure essential elements of Service Cloud, including the Service Console, case management, and routing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Service Cloud.

• Proven experience programming in Apex and performing queries with SOQL/SOSL.

• Hands-on experience implementing REST integrations (both consuming external APIs and exposing Salesforce services).

• Proficiency in platform configuration: objects, security (profiles, permission sets), and automation with Flows.

• In-depth understanding of the architecture and standard objects of Service Cloud (Cases, Accounts, Contacts).

• Experience with version control tools (GitHub) and automated deployments (SFDX).

• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Administrator.
